im 17 5'6 last weighed at 137.5 in the hospital from a left wrist fracture
that was a month or two ago and now i've got the cast off and have done about 5 strict pushups. im not gonna touch the weights until i get 50 clean pushups in straight like i used to. any advice on bodyweight training and overall football conditioning?
I think this is a mistake. There's lots of barbell work and other weight training that will have less impact on your wrist than push-ups.
