    There's a video of Martin Rooney doing the challenge as well. In his video Frankie Edgar is timing him and Martin says that Frankie had gotten over 200 reps in the challenge...

    ^--Are we allowed to do the sit-ups as Liftersize did them? I thought they had to emulate Nate Green's demonstration.

    Martin Rooney does them a specific way i see now, Nates are fairly random, should we perhaps follow Rooney's form then. He says in his video that you must reach up and grab your legs and your legs should be pulled towards you.

    Hey guys, get your entries in, we have some other prizes to give to runners up too!

    Nates form is good in my opinion, Martin's is obviously very good.

    We're not going to be overly picky, but any crappy range of motions and we won;t accept it.. Stick to Martin;s advice and you'll be good.
