Has any sprinters or anyone in general on this forum had success with the program in terms of speed and explosiveness? I also have a couple of questions concerning which program is the best 1,2, or 3. Lastly, I'm 5'10 and 180, but my body fat is at 17% right now. I don't mind gaining weight so as long as it is through gaining muscle mass. Will the program enable me to cut my body fat percentage through my sprints and lifting without having to be in a caloric deficit?
