The challenge is from Martin Rooneys new book, Ultimate Warrior Workouts.

How many push-ups, chin-ups, sit-ups, and dips can you do in four minutes?

The Competition

As many push-ups as you can do in one minute.
Rest 15 seconds.
As many chin-ups as you can do in one minute.
Rest 15 seconds.
As many modified sit-ups as you can do in one minute.
Rest 15 seconds.
As many dips as you can do in one minute.


The Rules

- You must provide a video
- There should be NO breaks in the video
- You need to provide a total for each of the four minutes and an overal total reps (so 40 pushups, 65 situps... etc)
- You need to properly time them - either have a partner using a stop watch or use a beeping stop watch
