Hey guys. So I've been hittin the heavy weights for about 10 weeks so i decided to give this workout a try since ive barely changed much about my routine in 3 years. I figured id start on the deload week just to give myself a break and mentally and physically prepare myself for some more heavy lifts.
I Did "B" yesterday and "A" today and sticking to the program its just two sets per excercise of 15 reps each. I'll do "B" on thursday and "A" on saturday again.
Not counting warming up the session only lasted 20 minutes. My question is, does that seem right? I know its a deload week but I just had to ask. Dont post a lot on here, just do lots of searching and was waiting for someone to ask this, but didnt see it coming as most of you will not be deloading for 3 more weeks or so.
