Im doing a meet raw in late june with only a belt due to the feds rules
I have been going wraps less for 2 weeks. I have never gone heavy without wraps and never really knew how much I got from them. With the sets I have done I have a good idea of what Im testing at wrap less.
After 2 workouts its appears I get about 40 pounds out of wraps.
Im curous what others get from wraps.
