    Ok, here is my video.

    Push Ups - 37
    Chin Ups - 14
    Sit Ups - 25
    Dips - 11
    Total Reps - 87

    I didn't count a couple of crappy sit up reps and I also didn't count the last half rep on dips.

    My form was pretty steady throughout. I perhaps used the floor as a start up on the chins, but it looks worse than what it is and it really was no more than perhaps a but of natural momentum you'd get between reps.

    Oh and Chris's video is coming later in the week ha ha

    So I was thinking, it doesn't really matter if I lose this fight, because all I want to do is go the distance.

    Bench Press: 250 lb.
    Overhead Press: 175 lb.
    Squat: 335 lb.
    Deadlift: 345 lb.

    5'6 150 lb.

    Yeah, this was certainly fun. Nice to see some proper competitions via the internet though the GYM...lol

    This really got people at my gym thinking about their endurance and nagging on my cause of my youth. haha.
