    iPhone journal?

    Just wondering if there is a decemt workout journal for the iPhone. Free preferably.

    Nothing I've found so far. I tried keeping workout notes in my phone but typing on such a small device is too annoying for me.
    Best unequipped meet lifts - 120kg Open class
    Sq: 629lbs
    Bp: 330lbs
    Dl: 585lbs
    Training since Dec 2008.

    The droid has a program called keeptrack that I've been loving so far. I use it to keep track of my BJJ classes, cardio training and weight lifting. I bring it up because I know that Iphone and Droid share a lot of the more popular programs.

    There's tons of fitness journal and tracking apps in the iphone store. I use one called "As Rx'd" for my Crossfit logs. It's pretty good..not great, but it gets the job done for now.
