    First day back to lifting...

    I haven't lifted a finger really since last summer.. today is the first day I go back to the gym, Age 18, height 5 8-9 weight 165

    I'll post more in a month or in a few weeks, depends on the gains

    *goal is to gain 20 lbs as soon as possible
