Hey just wanted to get a better idea/your opinions on cutting water before a meet. I'm currently sitting at 248 so I got 6 lbs to lose.
My meet is on June 12 so I am hoping I can cut another couple pounds before then but I was wondering what you guys do for a water cut. It's an IPF meet so lifting starts 2 hours after weigh in's.
What do you guys think?
