    need help.....

    I have a bit of a situation. I don't have enough food to sustain my workouts. ( I have peanut butter and milk but not sure about dirty gaining.) , nor bigger weights to progress so I'm cutting by lowering the sets/weights and more reps and adding some calestetics for the time being at least until I get more weights. It's still SS training but I replaced some exercises and added more calestics. I weigh 183lbs and I'm 5'10, I believe. Started in April 5th 2010.

    I do:

    Monday:
    Deadlifts +3 x15 ,60lbs <(as much sets as i can do w/o sacrificing form)
    Bench Press +3x15, 60lbs
    Chin ups 2x4 (i increase the reps by 2 every workout)
    Flat back leg lowering drill 2x12
    Hanging single leg raise 2x8

    Tuesday:
    Jogging 1 lap around track (increase amounts of laps and beat time every workout)
    Incline Push ups 3x10
    Crunches 1x10
    Side ab crunches : 1x10 both sides
    Standing cruches( knee to elbows;side obliques) 2x10 both sides
    Mountain climbers 1x10
    Mountain lunges 1x10

    ^^I do the ab workouts rapidly without break in bwtn

    Wednesday:
    Overhead Press +3x15 ,20 lbs
    Powercleans +2x15 ,20lbs
    Dips 3x10

    Thursday:
    Jogging
    Incline Push ups 3x10
    Crunches 1x10
    Side ab crunches : 1x10 both sides

    Mountain climbers 1x10
    Mountain lunges 1x10

    Friday:
    Deadlifts +3 x15 ,60lbs

    Saturday: Time-off
    Sunday: Time-off

    Any calestetics i could do?

    What are your goals?

    Changing your rep scheme is not going to have a drastic impact on your body composition. The process of "cutting" involves watching your diet and increasing overall activity to boost your metabolism and lower your bodyweight/bodyfat.

    If you have Natural Peanut Butter there is no reason why you should not be able to eat it, just make smart choices when it comes to food combinations (do not eat the PB with carbohydrates).

    For calestetics are you just looking for bodyweight movements to burn calories? I would recommend jumping rope, box jumps, burpees, etc.
