Mate, good deadlift form and also your new pics look good too - glad to see you feeling comfortable with a lean bulk now - you finding the mental side things easier now?

I just realized you are strict pressing your body weight for reps. That is crazy! And even more that you went on to standing OH Press after that. Nice work.

You lift a lot like me actually - slow, controlled and with a big pause at the top end of a rep. My training partner reps things out quickly, but I prefer to just go real slow and focus on my form. have you always lifted like that?

for my warmups i go real fast.. but on my top sets since im working so close to my max for that rep range, i take a deep breath, stabilize, descend, hit my depth, then exhale on my way back up -after- my sticking point.. repeat for each rep

clearly you can see that i overthink this stuff

    warmup... bw lunges... a LOT

    squats
    barx5
    95x5
    115x5
    135x5
    185x5
    225x5
    250x5
    275x5
    295x5
    320x3 good
    295x4
    275x5 very close stance
    225x13

    db lunges per leg
    35sx5
    60sx5
    85sx5
    105sx7
105sx3 fail on 4th rep of right leg
    75sx10

    CURLS

forgot to do calves.. and not enough time for abs

i will hit them tomorrow before am cardio

    bw: who knows
    abs: yes
    hungry: yes

    done
