wanted to mention that i tried the belt much lower.. just above my hip but below my rib cage. the only prob was that it slid up a bit when i bent over. however, it was comfortable and effective.

That does take some balls. I wouldn't go up to a neighbor and ask to borrow money. I did meet one of my neighbors by asking to borrow a socket once. We were both working on cars out back, I got pissed, broke down and went and asked. Turned out he needed some help pulling the engine from his Camaro SS that he races at the local drap strips. I gladly accepted that offer to work on that beast with him. cool guy. also, glad that belt situation is looking up.

it does help its just that when i bend over for deads, i lose some tightness because i cant reach the bar without exhaling and releasing the posturing i setup
so.. im going to try pushing shoulder day to today, adding arms/abs on thurs and squats on friday as normal. i am pretty worn out atm so we'll see how it goes. i suspect it could just be my trap/back doms from yesterday making me feel this way, which wont really prevent anything related to shoulders.

Excellent 405. The hitch is a b!tch, so be it. It doesn't mean you didn't pull it off of the floor and get it up. I don't think the hitch makes any DL a bust, sometimes it's just awkward when you have a good deal of weight.
Quads do look very sick during the set up! They do over power your arms a bit, as do mine. What do your arms measure when flexed?
thanks scott, very much appreciated. im just under 16" flexed right now both arms. i never really did direct bicep volume... and they are very underdeveloped imo. triceps, on the other hand, are pretty developed. i dont have a full horseshoe, but i think thats genetics.. possibly a shape thing. i am working on it. i still do low volume per se, but I am doing it like 3-4 times per week. we'll see how that goes... scott.. afterthought, arm underdevelopment doesnt bother me nearly as much as a shoulder press that is comparable to my bench. i mean wtf. having good shoulder development is nice and all but i want balance too. i have pretty respectable width... but like no depth except in my hips/glutes which are comically large relative to my strength. fat storage genetics FTL

dunno. i dont want to do tris on weds because i want them primed for shoulders. dont want the source of failure to be from tris. moving up shoulders to weds will not work.. it was fine as it was before.
