actually... it is. the second session today was a struggle but my 335x6 was very good imo. i did them slow and deep. ive been consciously trying to keep my elbows forward and back tight. i have an abnormally long torso.. it is disproportionate. its the reason my quads look like they do at my tiny weights... it really is hard to keep the perfect arch while standing upright. i break into the arch before the rep begins.. but as i stand there breathing at the top, no way i can hold it at any weight. dunno.. my flexibility limits me to some extent but its not preventing me from hitting depth. there is a small amount of butt winking but ill deal!
also.. so behind in journals. work has been atrociously busy. thank you guys for the support despite my lack of postage. i will def catch up & make rounds this weekend.

so all this extra bicep work is catching up to me. right elbow is achy as **** right now. planning to bench anyway but may skip/sub dips for something else.
Be careful with that elbow mate, it takes flippin ages to go away if you just keep pushing through it - mine is still in pain after 5-6 months because I continued to push through the pain and make it worse!

Damn, you did legs twice in 1 day?? When you say flexibility limits you with squats are you foam rolling and stretching? That really helped me with my squat form.
Big chest session. Are you doing two workouts in a day? Is that to increase intensity by focussing on fewer lifts? Or is it to increase volume?
