haha yeah.. 315 felt so good i couldnt resist. my typical sticking point was nonexistent and i just popped right up. i was real worn down after that set though.... i laid down for a min or two
How do you like the leg extensions? Do you notice any improvement in size or detail with them? I like the movement for da pump in all but I don't know how much that translates to actual growth.

i wanted more quad volume but i was too tired to do more lunges or squats.. dont really like leg presses at this gym so ya.

it helped SO much while dieting... and ive grown to be rely upon it especially for the early AM workouts i do

or, ya, i was trying to work in a higher rep range on the same exercises. thats my idea as long as i can handle the volume. strength based in the morning, hyper in the afternoon/pm. i was cut short by the drama and that i got out of work so late.
