    haha yeah.. 315 felt so good i couldnt resist. my typical sticking point was nonexistent and i just popped right up. i was real worn down after that set though.... i laid down for a min or two

    How do you like the leg extensions? Do you notice any improvement in size or detail with them? I like the movement for da pump in all but I don't know how much that translates to actual growth.

    i dunno. cant hurt, right?

    i wanted more quad volume but i was too tired to do more lunges or squats.. dont really like leg presses at this gym so ya.

    I getcha. So have you seen big size gains with the volume increase? What's your bw at? Arms?

    too soon to say. i wont really know the extent until i diet again

    ill say this though... shoulders are 54.5" from cap to cap

    Isn't is bad to be on Ephedrine that long? I thought you were supposed to cycle off every 2 month's or something like that.

    it helped SO much while dieting... and ive grown to be rely upon it especially for the early AM workouts i do

    benching tomorrow. attempt on 130s. not sure if ill do a double session yet. did not do double legs on friday.. needed the rest.

    not sure if i should up the reps needed to progress.. but i am doing a lot of volume so maybe im ok. just thinking out loud

    got out of work late.. 7:15. tomorrow is prob my last day at my current gym, owner is reviewing the surveillance video of me lifting. the desk workers dont understand that its not possible to dismount db inc bench without making some noise.

    or, ya, i was trying to work in a higher rep range on the same exercises. thats my idea as long as i can handle the volume. strength based in the morning, hyper in the afternoon/pm. i was cut short by the drama and that i got out of work so late.

    ty thomas, like i said, highly likely i will be booted. im going to call the owner at like 11am. he will prob have time to review by then. its an expensive membership anyway, i can goto golds and powerhouse for the price of ultima so whatever i guess.
