i would like to see a video from the side. his fed probably defines parallel as when the ham is parallel or some ridiculous bull**** like that
fact is, competition depth is when the hip crease is parallel with the knee. if he gets whites, then his fed is a joke

I can sleep through just about anything. Back when I was living in Astoria (a neighborhood in Queens, NY), my bedroom window faced a Catholic parochial school and church. My alarm clock was inches away from my ear and I'd sleep through that but when Mass would let out and the church bells started to ring, I'd wake the **** up and start cursing. LOL.

its not sudden, i started the day after thanksgiving. i am injured all over.. i want to be pleasantly lean and just coast for 2-3 months. i really need a big, extended break. I would classify the below as tweaked or worse:

im studying for the LSAT. i want to try to move into tax law. coupled with my cpa, it should command high six figs provided i can get into t20. my practice tests are at 165ish right now 2 weeks into studying... aiming for 170-175. it sucks immensely but i have to sacrifice now to live the way i want. with any luck and some serious effort, i will be living the true life 5 years from now and done before im 40
hope so. we shall see come feb

Have you found fasted cardio to be effective for limiiting fat gain? I'm debating implementing some to spark my appetite. Nothing too crazy, just 20-30 mins.
I haven't been doing any cardio at all til the last 3 wks. Just careful precise eating...... thinking about addding back ephedrine. See how it goes after another week..
