You love those lunges. That's one movement I need to incorporate at some point again. They always kill my hams/glutes.

ya they do and i love it. i take short steps tho for the quad and im built with advantageous leverages. short midget legs ftw. all the ppl are mirin when i step for the lunge. my ham/calf/quads all light up and i can see them melt with jealousy. they try not to look but they do. too bad i have a giant torso that looks like a 12 year old girl. i'm flat as a board!

damn i haven't been in here forever either, lots of good stuff going on...

quads look nasty, your sweep has exploded. i dont understand how you maintain that tan line in the winter even in florida.

i feel you on being beat up all over, it's hell. you're not afriad of hampering recovery of those issues being in a deficit? you look leaner than i had expected and no doubt far leaner than me atm.

and your career achievments already are impressive, good luck with the tests. im going to leave this journal for a while again because it depresses me.

actually rory, hampering recovery is a pretty big concern for me atm.. as i lay here with 2 ice packs on. i think changing my squat depth will help TONS for my hip and ham issues... shoulder prob developed acutely just from too much volume on a shoulder day a bit ago.. bicep... dunno. that kind of snuck up on me out of nowhere. ribs... ugh.

at least i look like i lift... a stiff breeze would blow me over if i was off balance right now

    +1

If you score well on the test and you make it past the first year of law school, you're practically home free. By the time you graduate, the economy should have lightened up a little.
