    so the guy at whole foods seasoned my chicken without asking me if i wanted it that way first.

    my stomach is about to explode. it was tasty though. i will probably retain an extra 5lbs of water tonight

    haha the I've seen the Spaniard before. Hater reps!

    And wtf at the bikni video. She says I only do the basics 10 million times then goes on to leg extensions, leg curls, leg press and 45lb sldl then I stopped watching. There's this one bikni competitor who I love. She's strong and athletic as hell I'll try and think of her name.

    Bikini is a joke division. Figure is basically trying to achieve a natural (although I bet some aren't) female bbing look, so obvs that takes some hard training and dieting. Bikini does what? I've heard of girls saying that they've had to CUT BACK on intensity because it ruins their bikini "look." Ghey. Would still smash tho.

    Now we have men's physique division coming up....gonna be even gheyer.
