    ty ryan, ty OR, ty view1.

    i am floored. i dont know if its worth the risk lifting today.. same type of **** happened in spring last year and then i got bronchitis and was out for an additional week. my entire face hurts

    We both know you are going to train.

    Why not keep the volume low or something to give your body slightly less to handle?

    Just rest...the iron will be there when you get back. I haven't lifted for a week and a half. Now I feel great and I know I'm primed to hit a few PRs later this cycle. Taking a week off won't kill you. You NEED A REST!!! Your body is screaming for it...

    strength sucked.. notwithstanding, i entered with the mentality of trying to keep intensity/HR down.... dont want to overdo it. i may pass on legs. according to bb.com/misc they are grotesque and too large anyway lawl

    rotator has been messed up on vertical press movememnts in certain positions. hurt it doing standing milis a bit ago..
