    no, kiff i dont. i'm doing it to prevent rotator and bicep strain as best as possible due to the nature of getting dbs into position for pressing

    squats
    135x5
    185x5
    225x5
    275x5
    325x7
    275x8
    225x8

    lunges
    90sx10
    90sx8

    calf press ss w/ leg ext
    5 sets. tried to slow down the leg ext to put emphasis on contraction.. i usually just fly through them.

    no cardio today. had a half bottle of wine last night, i was sauced. i'm such a lightweight.

    Was pretty sure you gave up alcohol a few years back? Hope this was just a date and a fun night, hope alls well my man.

    yeah it was rory. before that... not even sure when the last time was. a while to say the least.

    did those squats w/o belt. i dont want to use the belt anymore on squats. its so uncomfortable and while i feel a bit more stable, it really messes with my ribs, which is still a lingering problem from time to time. maybe i just need one that is tapered

    shoulder has felt real good the past week or so... hip is pretty much 100%... that just leaves the bicep. maybe i need to rehab it a couple days per week with the pink dbs

    cortisone and go man. detachment is minor, you'll still have one on the other arm to show bishes

    Rory... tough to call it. I avoid even the slightest bicep flex. It feels good I guess but I haven't tested it

    Only reason I never saw a doc or got MRI is because it never hurt...... it just never recovered after a session in November. No pop... swelling or bruising.....

    But

    I was still doing DB work and deads. Getting dbs up and dreading def stresses it
