    there is a good T&A scene with lindsay lohan and some milf where they are naked in a pool. i didnt really feel any attraction to lindsay lohan before i saw that scene but now i want to get her drunk and pummel her.

    The smith presses look strong as heck! You surprise me with some workouts while you talk about the various nicks and pains that you are nursing. I hate resting, but I'll do it if I feel it's necessary. Taking multiple days off makes me very lazy.

    When you put it that way.... I'm not a big fan of watching child stars grow up and then having a thing for them. Just like I don't like seeing a friends "little sister" grow up and see her blossom, just kind of feels odd.

    im telling you, i felt the EXACT same way. but having seen that scene in the movie, it added immensely to the skank appeal. my urge to pillage is fairly high now whereas it was nonexistent before. google it up

    also.... having read a good deal about distal tendon ruptures and strains, i think i have a grade I strain. if i had a rupture, it looks like i would have experienced serious loss of mobility and strength.. the strength is there, it just doesnt feel right

    still going to ortho today and im going to request and MRI so i can know rather than guess.

    mark, is this illegal?

    there is a common area terrace in my building that happens to be near my bedroom. well past the CA hours, there are drunk underage people (not that i care about the underage, its coincidental) that are loud on weeknights very late. i want to start pelting them with eggs. disregarding the overall maturity, i think this is good justice. a good egg to the face of some fat loud trollface girl would really help me sleep at night. thoughts?

    i saw the ortho yesterday. MRI monday. he was probably 80 years old and i easily know more about physiology than him. but thats how it goes.. have to use the Dr's to order imaging that insurance covers other wise it costs millions of dollars. he literally says, "youre not doing the squats are you sonny? theyre hard on the kness!!" i literally burst into laughter

    Give the minor muscle strain or tear more time, I had that a few years back, it needed 3 months+ to clear.

    Tim couldn't make it 3 months!

    Tim, have you thought of alternating how to choose your exercises to allow for less stress on the shoulder? Even if it's alternating weeks of no presses and then weeks of presses.

    haha terry, i am lucky to have this weather.

    scott/terry, i have done so.. i dropped all of my db movements in favor of smith with reduced ROM. shoulder has cleared up very niicely. unfortunately, the bicep still lingers. i said this before but i am pretty sure its a grade 1 strain of my distal tendon. it never got the rest because i initlally never stopped doing db presses (oh and chest). those two movements require brief but heavy indirect bicep stabilization to pop them into place, especially db oh press. having dropped those, comfort is far improved. mixed grip deads have remained to be out of the question though. and my raw double overhand grip strength is pitiful.....

    legs inc. no cardio today.

    kinda tweaked my elbow here somehow. same arm as bicep prob so i get a 2 for 1 on RICE this afternoon.

    leg ext ss calf press
    same nonsense as usual

    only thingg thhat is noteworthy is that i brought my grip on bb squats in about 1" closer on each side. MUCH better with high bar squats. eaasier o stay upright, easier to descend with elbows forward.. i dont know why but ive always held it much further outward.
