big weight drop off this morning... 191.5. i am dry... and lethargic. i cut the cheese intake in half last sat. from 8oz/day to 4oz then only 3oz last night. thats a reduction of 360 to 450 cals/day. dietary fat intake is pretty much just trace fats from oatmeal, fish oil, chicken, ww pasta, whey.. and then the cheese.

its only been 3 weeks of real cal tracking but the diff between AM today and AM last weekend is pretty immense considering its only been 6 days. got a bonus at work. pretty sure how ill be spending $1000 of it lol

well.. i'd say thanks but i'm not happy about it. i would rather come in leaner at a higher overall body weight. i dont like suddenly losing 3.5lbs net in 2 days.

    haha

    thanks af92.

i dont really know the specifics. its very low dietary fat, moderate carbs from grain/simple sugar choices, & high protein from only lean sources.

    my refeed list is this:

    m1
    hash browns, no fat
    ff cheddar
    fake butter

    m2
1 package of no fat fig newtons

    m3
    6 ww bagels
1 jar of sugar free strawberry preserves (how that is possible, i have no idea)
    fat free butter

    i lack a toaster.

then after that.. if i can manage it, which i will....

    m4
    2oz ww pasta
    1lb chicken, trimmed

    then i will explode.
