regret? definitely not.. it was pretty far from a dreamer bulk. i'm pretty sure i burned off a lot of muscle dieting so aggressively in 2010. it led to the path i am currently on.. there was, however, definitely room for improvement. pm me
yar. composition pre and post bulk at comparable body weights was massively different.. i definitely let things slide though, i became obsessed with hitting the strength rep goals each week despite excess weight gain. oh well
next cal drop is planned... i remember last year with berto, he put me in a pretty decent sized deficit and i lost a lot of fat pretty quickly.... i really wonder how my weigh in tomorrow will be... i feel like i havent really made much progress the past 2 weeks at all

Where are you with the calories? I'd say your progress looks very solid actually, I wouldn't make a change for a few more days with regards to the diet that is.
Abs look solid and shows that you aren't holding much fat around the mid section.
Consistency is the key to success within this sport...
Abs look great. My chest is probably smaller than yours so don't feel so bad.

scott, right now i'm pegging myself at 2650 and 3100 once per week. i finally put it all into excel on a micro basis. the planned drop is 2315/2915. the thing is i just dont see how i cant be making progress where i am at. i have intense hunger and i'm taking 75mg of ephedrine sulfate per day. EC destroys hunger.. so without that i would probably be bordering on insanity right now. i think i need to be patient.. right now i am REALLY hungry.. this is going to be a really crappy sesh here.
thanks thomas. apt is actually pretty decent. its a 1200 sq ft 1BR, all hardwood, stainless, contemporary etc. what is really cool is that i have my desktop hooked up to my 60" lcd. porn in 1080! i have a great view of the dumpsters 7 floors down too
visually.. i just dont know... disappointed... but at the same time arm vascularity is increasing. i think another 4-5 days at this cal level should show big improvement. i just cant imagine i need to dip cals more yet. i snapped a pic... lower body looks good. upper looks disproportionately small. ill take another on sat/sun for compare and post if there is a diff

wont be using it on non-lifting days.. there is no thermo effect so there really is no point. i hope i dont freak out or rage or something because anxiety is definitely a side of this from what i have found on bb.com
