hah, ryan.. 1080 is how i roll.

thanks terry, i made some great progress this week. gonna post up some comparison pics of me cold then with pump to compare with last week. its weird how you see nothing for days and days and then you get a whoosh and big visual and bw changes all of a sudden.

thanks conner. dont we all indeed.. hopefully make it happen

big diff in gym mirrors today.

been reading more and more about tendinosis. a lot of guys on prof muscle have treated themselves using IFG-1 rather successfully... its uncharted territory. there is a reputable sports orthopedic surgical office kind of nearby that does work with the marlins and dolphins. i am going to try to in there to see what kind of treatment and experience they have with peptides. obviously the pro's use this to sustain their multimillion dollar contracts through injuries. apparently igf-1 does stimulate collagen type-I fibers to balance out the irregular ratio of collagen type I/III fibers naturally produced to better rehabilitate the tendons. in horses. :P being that there is no cure of tendinosis that comes via rest, we shall see.

sigh. i had the exact same problem as this guy... stupid doctor wanted to inject me with cortisone and prescribed with a cortisteroid. fortunately, i read about the condition beforehand and refused the shot and meds. seems to be good advice here on rehabbing. maybe that + IGF-1. its been 4 months now and im improved but still very far from 100% in left bicep

I know you are not 100% yet but at least there is some improvement - wish you well with that...would be great if it suddenly went away one day, you never know. The workout is tight guy.

I need one of those real bad! I'm getting depressed coming into your journal. Your progress is coming along great, and mine has been very stagnant for weeks on end.

I'm at a strict 2,300 calories now with an increase in cardio, hopefully I make something budge. The scale has moved, but the BF hasn't dropped like I've hoped for.

Would you stop around the low 180's or would you care to venture much further than that?

At 2,600 calories with a 1 day spike of 3,100 you really get that raging hunger? I haven't been at 2,600 for a few weeks and I don't get that same hunger? How long are you up each day? I think I'm up from 6 am until 10 pm, so a good 18 hours up, averaging 6 meals in that time span.

How many shakes are you taking in, and how many whole meals or meals with meat?

thanks terry, i really hope so. i'm going to start being a little more aggressive with rehab stuff. static holds, deads etc. all of these put tension on the tendon in the manner it needs to heal.

scott, ill type up my actual diet here below. i dont think ill need to go anywhere below 183-184. i did snap a pic with my awesome tan today. i'm making progress. i may need to dip cals more soon. it really depends on how things move the next 2-3 days that will affect what i do. i have the next adj ready.. sadly its a dip in protein since i really have nowhere to go as far as carbs/fat. i'm eating 2600/3000 as you said currently. i'm up from 4am until about 9-10pm.... there are actually 2 variations depending if it is a lifting day or not. lifting day is first

4am: 40g oatmeal, 30g dex, 30g whey, 5g creatine, 5g beta alanine (why i dont know), 25mg ephedrine sulfate, 400mg caffeine, multi vit
    5am: lift
    6:15-6:50am: 10g bcaa then cardio
    7am: 12 egg whites, 1 yolk, 25mg ephedrine, 200mg caffeine
    8am: 5g fish oil, 25mg ephedrine
    12pm: 1lb chicken, trimmed, 3oz ww pasta
    3pm: 30g whey
7-8pm: 1lb chicken, trimmed, 3oz ww pasta, 88g mixed veggies, 2oz ff cheddar
    9pm: 28g almonds

    non lifting:
    4am: 10g dex, 5g bcaa, 25mg ephedrine, 400mg caffeine, multi vit
    5am: 35m cardio
    6am: 20g whey, 200mg caffeine, 25mg ephedrine
    7am: 12 egg whites, 1 yolk
    8am: 25mg ephedrine, 5g fish oil
    10am: 40g oatmeal
    12pm: 1lb chicken, trimmed, 3oz ww pasta
    4pm: 10g whey
7-8pm: 1lb chicken, trimmed, 3oz ww pasta, 88g mixed veggies, 2oz ff cheddar
    9pm: 28g almonds

pic. i need to bring up my upper big time..

thx man! i scramble them with pam on the stove. i use actual eggs, not beaters. beaters are way too expensive considering i go through 84 eggs per week.

thats poolside tanning. it was 78 today and breezy

And eat them plain? Gross. I can pound most things with no problem but egg whites plain are nasty.

That tan is sick! You must tan very quickly, you couldn't have been tanning for too long yet, the sun just started coming out recently.

You look very good in the picture. You say you don't care to go past 183 or so, thus you shouldn't need to be dieting down for much longer. Do you intend on holding steady for the summer time?

thanks scott, thank you rory. its far improved.. but still need work. given that i'm carry pretty much no bloat, i cant imagine i'll need to lose more than 5-6lbs of BF. i figure i'm 10% tops. 5lbs down (that much might not even be necessary) i'll be 6-7% in the low 180s. then i'm going to hold and coast at that weight as best i can and try to rehab my bicep, take some time off from compound movements to give the joints a rest.. then come back in a big way in the late summer or fall once i'm actually 100% to train. volume is decreasing starting next week too. m/w/f/ rotation. i'm taking a page out of some stuff i read on professional muscle in my lifting setup

i'm now noticing i just got screwed out of an hour today by DST. what a conspiracy
