I agree. I recently stuck my belt in the closet and stopped using it too. I imediately noticed my low back getting more pumped and sore. I think it was a smart move.

You gotta be patient with these weight drops. You've had very awesome progress over the past 3 weeks. It's been 10 pounds thus far, very impressive indeed.

Your V-taper is quite wide, even with that huge 33" waist you got going on

I need to start playing catch up with you and these weight drops you've been having. I must be doing something wrong? I'm taking in 1,900-2,200 calories a day and have stayed pretty steadily at 185 for the past 9 days. sigh

    thanks thomas, ty scott

scott, you have some serious ground on me being that you weigh more, are leaner, shorter and have exponentially more vascularity. i dont get that really. some say that vascularity is largely genetic. i'm fairly inclined to believe that these days

Nice back taper, and I am sure you will get more development with the bicep getting back on track. What is the reason you don't like the new Nano, unless it is the microscopic size of it.

Great lower back there Tim. Lats may be your biggest weak point at the moment but with the distance you've come in the last 15 or so months I have no doubt they'll shine before long also.

Any considering to bump in calories for a month or so. Maybe bring your weight up 5lbs or so? You probably wouldn't lose any real leaness with consistent intake of 500-700 more calories and would be in even better position to push the conditioning that last step that you wish to acquire before beach season. Just a thought.

sup man, thanks. the touch screen is annoyingly small and its very expensive for what you get.

the prob with ipod touch is that i dont need a camera, some faggy facebook app, or wifi, or watch 720p video.. its just excessive. i need something simple and robust that like a 3g/4g ipod nano.

thanks rory. lats have been tough. believe it or not i am not sure if i want to torture myself. i'm actually considering a serious bulk starting in mid/early may. it doesnt seem to be worth it to push the envelope to that extent for no reason other than aesthetics. its very rough mentally and physically (as you know). i feel very confident DC in conjunction with some serious attention to diet and cardio will yield some serious results while maintaining good levels of leanness. the only thing that holds me back is my left bicep, which is SO much better.. but still not 100%

Don't worry so much about the 6 actual seconds down. It's recommended that way since so many people try to do a quick count such as 1,2,3,4,5,6 and then go, when in actuality it may only be 2-3 actual seconds down.

Just focus on bringing it down in a slower fashion, not the normal piston like up and down motions. Slower down and faster up to put it plain and simple. I don't count on the negative I just make sure it's slow and controlled and then hammer it up as good as I can.

What is the lowest bodyweight acceptable on this cut? Just out of curiosity, By the way just by a refurb nano or check ebay for the model that you had instead of going with something that you are not happy with.

lol. Do you use fitday? I discovered a new calorie counter called fat secret and its 10x more efficient in my opinion especially if you have a smart phone.
