    milk better than isotonic drinks

    just seen this in a newspaper today, I quite often grab a lucozade after some cardio never realy thought about drinking milk instead, just wondering about other peoples thoughts?

    I have no clue what an isotonic drink is. But other than beer, milk is the greatest liquid known to man :-p
