had to rant...
squatted yesterday..getting back on 531 and had to work with 350 for 5...
well i ended up puking on rep 12...putting the belt immediately back on and got 2 more. When it was over I still wanted to squat and felt like I could've done more.
DON'T WASTE A DAY! I met my goal but could've kept going. Leave it on the platform..and on the gym floor...don't leave until you're satisfied.
needless to say..at 216lbs in just a belt and light knee sleeves I felt pretty darn good with the squats. Hoping for 20 next rotation around!

Just remember, if you read Jim Wendler frequently, he does advocate leaving a few reps in the tank on these sets. Food for thought. Great effort on your squats nonetheless.

While Jim does suggest leaving a little in the tank I think he would also suggest that on days like these you should go all out. Some days you won't feel like it for whatever reason BUT when you have days when everything is on just go at it.
