The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

It’s no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Nine years later, are any of those guys still training there? I was there half a dozen times about two years ago, but only saw the morning crew. I know Angelo Berardinelli and Kenny Patterson are up in Mentor, Ohio running Progressive Evolution Systems out of Titan Gym. Dave Tate has, of course, gone on to bigger and better. Rob Fusner and the rest? Someone would have to refresh me.

As far as training information goes, PLUSA and Milo have always been the best, hands down. I look forward to seeing Power in the newstands, though. There should be some good info in there if it comes from SuperTraining. More choices is always a good thing.

I just got an issue of Power! It was put on the shelves at Barnes & Noble today (just as one poster reported). First flip through and I'm impressed. I will be writing a short Rag on the Mags for it which should show up later in the week (I've hit Daniel with a ridiculous number of them in the past four days).
