hey guys i started this program lifting 130 for 6 now i can bench 190 twice i have only been doing this for a month is this normal? my frined i am doing it with started at 150 and still cant do more then 150?

For you, it could be that you're new to lifting weights (beginner gains)? Or maybe you're just doing everything right . As for your friend, it could be that he's not eating enough or possibly not lifting right.

i have been eating like a horse ive gained 29 pounds so far and for my friend he does same exact meal plan as me so im not sure what hes doing wrong i got 195 up 2 times good and struggled on the third b

This may be a case of genetic ability also. Some people are just built to be stronger than others and will progress much more rapidly even when on the exact same plan....
I would hazard a guess though that something your friend is doing differently than you, but it's pretty hard to nail it down without being there in person. It could be anything from diet, to sleep, to exercise form, to over-training (not using the auto-regulation aspect properly) etc.
Either way though he should be progressing, why not get him to post here and we can ask him some questions?
