    Cardio Question.

    OK, im bulking right now, but i have a Brazilain Jiu Jitsu comeptition on June 8th, and i need to do a little endurence training. But i wana keep adding on mass. SO say when i do a endurence session and i burn 600cal, And right when im done i have 600 Calories, like nlarge or steak or something, will i still be gaining muscle or will i still lose weight.

    Replacing the lost calories is all you can really do in your situation. You will not gain as well as you would without all of the extra activity but that doesnt really matter. Your main goal is mixed martial arts (or so it seems from reading your posts). Train for that as best you can and do your best to eat as much as you can to replace what you are burning. Do not compromise your main goal (MMA) for your hobby (Bodybuilding).

    I think what you eat before training is more important then what you eat after in this case.

    You can replenish carbs but you cant just "replenish" lost muscle.

    Make sure your blood sugar and blood protein levels are really high before you train.
