    best routine to gain mass ?

    whats a good routine to gain mass? like sets reps etc... and is it worth it to buy protein powders ?

    Any program that has you working on a moderate amount of big compound movements, a moderate amount of sets, a moderate amount of reps, a moderate amount of days, with a focus on progression will do you just fine. HCT-12, Hardgainer, and Starting Strength are good examples of these kinds of routines.

    Oh and aside from getting your training sorted, I would first and foremost focus on what you eat as it will be crucial to you making progress (the HCT link contains full advice on how to eat). Once you have your diet all sorted, come back and ask us about supplements
