I've been researching this diet for a few weeks now and I'm really considering giving it a shot, for those of you that aren't familiar with it, it's a diet where you consume 4-5 protein shakes a day with one whole food meal a week (full plan is on t-nation). I had planned to make the change where I eat a solid meal every other day before or after (depending on energy levels that day) my training session. I've heard alot of people say they've had great success with it, dropping 20-30lbs in a matter of weeks with minimal, if any muscle or strength loss. Anyone have any tips of personal experiences with this diet? thanks for the help. much appreciated..
