Do we still do a 4-day deload week if we're doing the 3 day routine? Or can we keep the 3 day routine and just do 2x15 for 4 workouts? Or is there even really any difference?
The reason why the three day split has to do a four day workout week is because if you did three, it would be uneven. You'd either do workout A twice or workout B twice and the other one once. And how would you do four workouts in three days???
I was meaning should we do them like mon, tue, thur, fri - or keep the same days and just do the 4 deload workouts. E.g. mon, wed, fri, and monday again
Whenever you want, just do them. Nice, easy, light sessions.
