Deload week when doing 3 day routine

Do we still do a 4-day deload week if we're doing the 3 day routine? Or can we keep the 3 day routine and just do 2x15 for 4 workouts? Or is there even really any difference?

The reason why the three day split has to do a four day workout week is because if you did three, it would be uneven. You'd either do workout A twice or workout B twice and the other one once. And how would you do four workouts in three days???

Whenever you want, just do them. Nice, easy, light sessions.

Like Pure Water said, doing them on M/T/T/F keeps you on a schedule. But, like Brian said, it doesn't matter.
