I am trying to cut weight this week for a lifting event this weekend.
I am in my second day folllowing this routine along with eating some light carbs in the morning and protien at noon and evening meals.
Sunday: 2 gal water, heavy sodium
Monday: 2 gal water, heavy sodium
Tuesday: 2 gal water, heavy sodium
Wednesday: 1 gal of water, cut sodium
Thursday: cut water and sodium
Friday morning is weigh ins.
I was fine all day yesturday and earlier today but I have been feeling light head the last hour or so......any ideas or suggestions?
