Progress has been steady for the last 6 months (which is longer than i usually go before i switch it up). Bench press has increased from 235 to 330lbs. Deep Squat 225 to 365 (knee and hip degeneration keeps me from going to heavy). Deadlifts went from 285 to 405.
I know this may sound miraculous but for the past two years i was stuck , weights barely fluctuating. I decide to increase my volume and my body responded. I have been listening to my body first. I would love to keep going at this pace but listening to my body i feel like i need to back off. That's why i am looking for another routine.
