    Cottage Cheese Question

    sooo im just getting into the whole cottage cheese. How many servings should I have a day on average? should I eat it before I go to bed? or is any time during the day ok? any advice is very appreciated

    I usually eat 1-2 cups a day . I use it almost like I would a protein shake, just to get extra protein in.

    I really like to use cottage cheese with sprinkle roasted geera, paprika powder, chat masala, It having Avery nice test, I would like to eat cottage cheese recipes in the morning after my gym work. If you want o make somethings different in it so do only little bit of sugar in it and do mix well squeeze of fresh lemon adds a great touch.
    Mistakes are the portals of discovery.
