The immediate goal is a 500 raw and natural bench press (legit 455lbs now)
Long term goal, 545lb bench,
short term DL goal 650lbs, long term would LOVE a 700lb pull!!!!
Want to be able to do these things and still dunk a basketball (I still can now but getting harder LOL)
I'm finally getting my membership in a new city and my goal is gonna be 180 by the end of summer. I'm 150 now after losing 25 lbs since school ended. Lookin forward to achievin my goal.
ain't nuttin but a peanut.
You will have gotten stronger when the weight that feels heavy is actually heavier than the weight that feels heavy now. Then the weight that feels heavy now will be a warmup for the weight that feels heavy then. But the weight will always feel heavy or you're not lifting enough weight. Clear? -Rippetoe
By December, I want to balance out my 2 hand seated rows with my flat bench... they're way out of wack.....
Benching 275 5x12
Rowing: 175 5x12
Does this pose make my camera look big?
"We're not as good as we want to be, we're not as good as we should be, but thank God we're not as bad as we used to be..."
at the moment the bar-barian challenge - 5 muscle ups, 45 dips, 25 pull ups, 55 press ups, 5 muscle ups in 6 minutes (and im also working up to full planche press ups).
as for my goal, i've always been a heavier guy, with extra weight around my belly. I'd like to keep my body weight-175-but reduce fat and increase muscle mass, and i guess i will have reached my goal when i can see my 6 pack. yeah for recomposition!
My one goal is to pull 505 @ 220 BW! When I am that strong at that weight the rest will take care of itself!

I reached one already - 700 lb deadlift.
Next is 7 plates a side squat (675).
Drop my bf% to 10-12%.
Give chalk a chance.

315 pound bench by the end of summer. I'm not too far away and I have always wanted to bench with 3 plates on each side.

As of right now, I want to be able to bench 405. I would also love to have a 6-pack.
Okay, new goal for me after the other night is to do both lat raises and reverse fly's with 50lbs DB's for at least 10 reps. Felt like a wimp doing them last night with 25lbs and 15lbs respectively.
For now triple bodyweight deadlift. Deadlift is moving up and bodyweight is going down, so might happen in the near future.
If I had to choose 1 thing to accomplish that would make me satisfied if I dies right after.... 1,000 squat (I don't care what bodyweight, what equipment; would just love an official 1,000 in a meet). With this in mind I may have to consider pushing my bodyweight up a bit.
Current PR's 198 - 220
Squat - 777 - 771.5
Bench - 611.7 - 628.2
Deadlift - 567 - 584
Total 1929 - 1973
I'm a fat guy. So, if I have to pick one goal, it's to get down to 10% BF...and to stay in the neighborhood!
I've got a ways to go (probably about 25 lbs.), but I've also come a ways (25 lbs.).
