The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    Inzer belt

ok I finally got my Inzer belt, see here: belt_13mm_lever_xlrg.jpg
some minor assembly required, it came with 2 screws, buckle, & back plate for buckle I guess.
vague, sketchy written directions, no drawing or diagram.

not clear to me how this buckle is supposed to go on? any help please? appreciated.

The plate goes on the inside of the belt. Screws through the plate from the inside, lever on the outside (obviously) with prongs facing towards holed end of belt. You will probably have to try a few placements before you get it how you want it.

Got this from sherdog forums, hopefully it'll help. I have the single prong, best freaking belt ever!

I will take a picture of the back side of my lever belt tomorrow and post it up here.

You basically put the screws through the plate and then they screw into the actual lever mechanism. The latch should open toward the open end of the belt. You clip the lever mechanism into the two holes on the other side of the belt and then pull it closed to tighten the belt. Do not tighten the screws too much when you are sizing it since chances are you will probably have to adjust it 1-2 times to get it right.

It depends on the specific exercise and the lifter but usually you want your belt to be as tight as possible.

Shoulda' got the dbl. prong forever belt bro... Just kidding.

I'm gonna get me a lever soon since I tried one of my buddys at the gym... I liked it a lot but changing the screws could present a problem since I wear my belt different for sqauts & Deadlifts.

What is your experiance w/ changing the lever belt sizing Tom?

it's actually pretty easy adjusting the holes. I used a penny to work the screws.
granted in between pulls and squats it's gonna be a pain in the ass.
