    20 Pull-Up @ 244 lbs

    There was a challenge on another forum so I decided to give this a try today since pull-ups are my first movement in HCT anyway...

    Good work Tom. I weigh under 160 lbs and can probably only get 12 dead hang chins at BW lol.
