I was on Westside Barbell for Skinny Bastards for about 6 months, and I went from 177 to 203, as soon as HCT-12 came out I started on that, and in the month I've been doing it I have gained about 4 lbs. So my current weight is 207 at 6'1". I'm 16, and I'm going to try and make my way to 225
Current bench is 235x1
Current Squat is 325x1
Current Deadlift is 340x1 I guess, I don't ever really do singles for deadlift. I can do 305 for 6, I dono what that translates to in terms of singles.
I'm doing this all for football, so we'll see where it goes! I'm going to upload pictures once a month from now on.
