    monday- chest

    incline db press 65x12,75x10,85x7,95x4
    flat fly 45x10,50x10,55x8

    tuesday legs
    squats 135x15,225x12,275x10,315x8,365x3
    leg press 600x12,690x10,780x6
    leg extensions 150x15,185x12,225x10,255x8
    lying leg curl 75x15,90x12,105x10,120x7

    LEG DAY REQUIRES ALOT OF EFFORT BECAUSE I HAVE WEAK LEGS. THE QUADS AND HAMS ARE GETTING THERE
    AS ARE THE CALVES BUT IT IS JUST ABOUT KILLING ME
    CHEST AND LEG DAYS ARE MONDAY AND THURSDAY. I WAS TOO LAZY TO GET OUT OF BED TO TRAIN CHEST IN THE MORNING SO LEGS HAD TO WAIT UNTIL TUESDAY

    Weak legs? Doesn't seem like it on squat....you sure do a lot of sets for legs.

    WHEN I SAY "WEAK" I DO NOT MEAN NOT STRONG. I MEAN NOT IN TOTAL SYMMETRY WITH THE REST OF THE BODY. I AM HAVING A HARD TIME GETTING MY CALVES SORE, ANY IDEAS?
