I posted on the forums back in December about having a pain in my collarbone area from benching and chest workouts.... I took off a couple weeks, slowly got back into it and it got a little better. The doctor told me it was probably a trap strain. It has come back as of the past few weeks. And I feel it even when lifting items with my right side.... I have been using a heating pad trying to heat as much as I can, but with is a busy schedule it gets tough. The pain is in my collarbone area once again. Any suggestions of what this might be and what i can do in the meantime?? Thanks.
