Anybody know if there's actually a limit to drinking diet soda while cutting?
Like today I probably drank like 5 cans of different diet sodas, and then I had 4 20 FL OZ bottles of Coke Zero. I just have a gut feeling that the stuff couldn't be too great for you. Plus, there's all those myths about artificial sweeteners and Aspartame, how it causes diabeetus and that "diet soda is actually worse than regular soda" BS lol.
But I know drinking ungodly amounts couldn't be healthy.
Anybody have the scoop on this?
