    volume routine!!



    bench pressx10
    flies 3x10
    dips 3x10


    concentration curl 4x10
    barbell curl 3x10


    lunges 3x10
    squat 3x8 (i hate this ****in exercise)


    military press 4x10
    upright-row 3x10



    chin up 3x8
    barbell row 4x10

    skull crusher 4x10
    dips 2x10

    * personally i hate full body workouts and lower/upper body split

    I'll appreciate any advice

    am a beginner

    There is no mysticism to a particular routine. It just needs to be logically designed (not possible by beginners), appropriate for the user, and followed consistently with hard effort. Each routine is designed for a specific physiological adaptations, you can't do one one week and another the next and expect to ever get anyplace.
