I am 5'11 and weigh 198 morning weight. Roughly 9-10% bf trying to get down to about 6%. I have a set diet for about 8-12 weeks and am wondering if it looks ok. It is set up as intermittent fasting with 16 hours fasting excluding pre and post workout no carb only protein shake and BCAA's. Any advice would be great! Thanks in advance.
