Over the last 3 months I've managed to get flexible enough to do proper squats going all the way down. The last 2 weeks it's been great. I haven't pushed myself. I figured that once I got down low enough that I would drop the weigh some. It felt great.
Last week I only managed to get to the gym once (Tuesday) due to family issues. Today, back on my regular schedule, I did my warm up set and felt sore. Wasn't sure if it was just soreness from riding my bike or running around the house. I got down for 1 rep and was finished. I listened to my body. I went on to some upper body exercises then tried some lighter isolation exercises but my quads didn't want it.
Any reason that you could think of as to why this is?
