    How to add inches to your arm in a mere half-hour!

    (fell out of the attic into my garage last night ... misstepped on the drywall. Please don't try this at home!)

    bruised. I stepped on drywall instead of a beam in the attic, fell through the attic to the garage floor, that arm slid against the beam getting banged up and bruised.
