I've been working out for 5 years now and have recently taken a lot of time off which has resulted in some nasty weight gains and loss of strength. I am anxious to get back into the best shape of my life and will be doing the 3 Day Plan.
Stats are 5' 11", 221lbs, 24 years old, Around 20-25% BF
Today I started at the gym with:
Barbell Row 155 X 6
Flat Bench Press 145 X 6
Chin Ups BW X 3
Overhead Barbell Press 85 X 6
Tricep Pulldown 85 X 6
All completed with 2x2x2 at the end.
My diet has been horrendous in the past so I will be doing a very basic lean meats, protein shakes plan. My goal is to get down to 200lbs and get my strength back up. I will be using ETS, Fish Oils, Multi-Vitamin, and Nitrean.
