It depends on what you are going for....are you going for looks? Strength? A mix of both? If purely looks, then are you looking to become lean and muscular looking (like a stereotypical 'surfer' in movies or whatever) or are you trying to get JACKED?
All this depends. A pic is needed though to help determine on what course to take.
Personally, I'm 5'10 - 5'11, and I'm at 180 lbs. I'm 100% satisfied with my size. I have no desire to be big and jacked....I'm lean, cut, and pretty strong for my size (and always looking to get stronger). But I built my physique from training for 5 solid years, the first 2 1/2 were from a dirty bulk up to 220, and one single cut down to 180....now I just maintain my weight and try to get stronger!
To be honest i'm going more for looks/health and a little bit of strength. I already am quite strong, and my goal isn't to be able to bench 350+ lbs on the bench or squat over 500lbs. If i had a choice between being 175-180 at 8% percent bodyfat and 210 and 15% able to put up those numbers I'd choose the first.
Ok, now that you stated your goals, you should still post a pic so that we can help point you in the right direction.
