    Deadlift 190kgs / 418lbs for 10 reps

    Another vid of me dead lifting just tonight, I'm real happy with this even though its a bit sloppy and touch and go but i did try my hardest

    DL - 490 x 1 - 462 x 4 ... Nearly 500 so close
    BS - 374 x 1 - 330 x 5
    BP - 302 x 1 - 258 x 5, 225 x 10

    PP - 220 x 1 - 198 x 4

    Very impressive!

    400+ for 10 reps shows some great strength. I think your form looked pretty solid throughout the whole set.

    Current 1RM's - Bench 264lbs (Target 308lbs)/Squat 396lbs (Target 352lbs)/
    Deadlift 429lbs (Target 440lbs)
    BIG 3 TOTAL at 220lbs (28% BF) = 1089lbs

    Thanks for all the comments people I think I really need to start resetting reps because my floor strength is ****e, Ive attempted 220kgs so many times with no victory,

    what do you have doubts about fasteddy lol

    Impressive pulling man. Grip strength especially to hang onto that weight all that time.
    5'8" 177 (meet PRs) ALL RAW

    Bench - 290 (291) Pause reps Dead - 500 (479.5) Squat - 446 (430)

    Total - 1236 (1168.4)

    Goals: Bench - 280 met 1/19/09 new goal - 300 Squat - 435 met 11/28/09 new goal 475 Dead - 500 met 1/23/10 new goal 525

    That was awesome! You looked like you started to struggle with the weight at around the 3rd or 4th rep, yet you banged out 10 anyway!!! Damn impressive!
